What if I am not happy with the services?

We ensure your satisfaction with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. We confirm your satisfaction prior to leaving the home, the following day and through various methods such as responsive email and comment cards. We will never ask you to pay full price for a visit if you are not satisfied and will do whatever it takes to resolve the issue. If you discover we missed something after we’ve left the home, we’ll be happy to return free of charge to remedy the problem. If that’s not convenient, we might offer a monetary adjustment up to a full refund depending upon the specific situation.

We do not accept competitor coupons or match prices of other cleaning services. This is because maid services are very subjective and difficult to price as a commodity. You might find a cheaper price, but the quality might be much less as well.
