Our Signature Routine Cleaning Service
At Cleaning Concepts, we don’t simply clean homes, we care for them. Our signature routine service is built on a meticulous, room-by-room system designed to deliver consistency, refinement and visible attention to detail on every visit.
In All Rooms (living room, dining room, family room, bedrooms)
Every visit includes careful, top-to-bottom detailing:
- Dust ceiling corners, crown molding, wall corners and baseboards removing cobwebs.
- Dust all doors, door frames,and spot clean any high touch areas.
- Damp wipe with a microfiber cloth all window ledges, window sashes and light switch plates.
- Dust with microfiber cloths all furniture, glass top tables and chairs.
- Dust pictures, shelves, TVs, ceiling fans, light fixtures and blinds.
- Dust the exteriors of air vents and cold air returns.
- Vacuum upholstered furniture including under cushions
- Dust all spindles, banisters and railings of staircases
- Empty waste receptacles, insert new liners, and transport trash to the outside receptacle (Liners supplied by the client. Recycling, pet-related concerns or waste, and moving and/or hauling of bulk items are outside of our scope of service.)
- Spot clean interior of sliding glass door, entry front door, and storm door
- Make up unmade beds (excluding strip and/or changing bed linens)
- Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, and bare floors utilizing 4-stage HEPA filtration to eliminate indoor allergens.
- Mop all hard surface flooring with a microfiber mop and a neutral PH cleaner
Kitchen
Your kitchen receives focused sanitation and polish:
- Spot clean with a microfiber cloth the cabinet fronts.
- Wash and sanitize sink, faucet and countertops.
- Clean and move small appliances.
- Clean front of dishwasher, oven front, outside and top of refrigerator.
- Clean the interior and exterior of the microwave.
- Clean and degrease range hood and stove top
- Wipe the backsplash with microfiber cloths
Bathroom
Bathrooms are thoroughly disinfected and finished to a high standard:
- Spot clean with a microfiber cloth the cabinet fronts.
- Clean and polish all mirrors.
- Disinfect the shower grout.
- Disinfect and sanitize toilets, bathtubs, showers, faucets, sinks and countertops
- Wipe the backsplash with microfiber cloths
- Dust towel bars and toilet paper holders
Optional Add-on Service
For clients who desire an elevated level of care, we offer the following services:
- Hand Clean Blinds and/or Shutters
- French Door Glass (double glass doors included)
- Window tracks (space between the glass, base of window)
- Sliding Glass Door Tracks (space between the glass, base of window)
- Empty Garage (swept out, cobwebs knocked down, empty shelving wiped off)
- Interior of the Beverage Cooler
- Interior of the Oven
- Interior of the Refrigerator
- Unfinished basement
Service Arrival & Notifications
We value your time and prioritize professionalism:
Arrival Windows:
- You can select from 4-hour arrival windows for our services: 8 am-12 pm, 10 am-2 pm, or 12 pm-4 pm.
- Alternatively, you can choose the full day window (8 am-4 pm)
Service Reminders:
- A reminder will be sent via email and/or text 3–4 days before your scheduled service date.
- On the day of service, our staff will send a text message at least 30 minutes before their arrival
Service Reminders:
- A "First Job for the Day Guarantee" is available upon request for a nominal fee
Crew:
- All members of our staff are uniformly attired in company-issued shirts, aprons, and black bottoms.
- The company is committed to ensuring a seamless and high-quality cleaning experience by furnishing all necessary cleaning supplies, equipment, and tools.
